Albany Police

ALBANY - Nydia D. O'Brian, 34, Beloit, was cited Wednesday, July 4, for driving with a suspended license.

- Lindsey R. Blondell and Daniel R. Statz, both 20 and of Madison, were cited Wednesday, July 4, for underage drinking.

- Daniel S. Georgeson, 20, Evansville, was cited Friday, July 6, for driving with a suspended license and non-registration of a vehicle.

- Marcus A. Adams, 39, Milwaukee, was cited Friday, July 6, for driving with a suspended license, non-registration of a vehicle and false display of registration plates.

- Rebecca L. Thompson, 29, Monroe, was cited Friday, July 6, for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving a vehicle with expired plates.

- Cited Saturday, July 7, for outdoor consumption of alcohol were Ryan S. Archer, 26, Marseilles, Ill.; Trent B. Hunt, 22, North Oaks, Minn.; Jacob D. Lincicum, 21, Monroe; and Andrew M. Long, 21, Prospect Heights, Ill.

- Kaleb J. Feller, 21, McFarland, was cited Sunday, July 8, for driving with a suspended license.

- An Oregon juvenile was cited Sunday, July 8, for possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of East Main Street and Cincinnati Street.

- Cited Sunday, July 8, for outdoor consumption of alcohol were Jared S. Cullen, 28, and Whitney L. Brandt, 25, both of Madison.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Mary E. Scott, 43, Orfordville, was arrested in the 1000 block of West 3rd Avenue at 4:21 p.m. Friday, July 6, on a warrant issued by the Brodhead Municipal Court. Bond was posted and a court date issued.

- Joshua A. Jacobson, 18, Fond du Lac, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 5:09 p.m. Sunday, July 1, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Emerson R. Reles, 21, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 6:02 p.m. Sunday, July 1, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- A Janesville juvenile male was cited for speeding at 7:54 p.m. Sunday, July 1, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- Xhemal Rushiti, 49, Monroe, was cited for unsafe passing on the right at 11:16 p.m. Sunday, July 1, in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Heather K. Hess, 34, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, at the intersection of Green Street and 1st Center Avenue.

- Phillip A. Boyd, 20, Brodhead, was cited for underage drinking at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, in the 400 block of 2nd Street. Two Brodhead juvenile females were also cited, one for violating curfew and the other for underage drinking and resisting an officer.

- Amanda S. Johnson, 20, Brodhead, was cited for inattentive driving at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- David J. Hatter, 18, Brodhead, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at 11:25 a.m. Thursday, July 5, in the 600 block of West 2nd Avenue.

- Brett R. Parr, 18, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct using a motor vehicle at 8:24 p.m. Thursday, July 5, in the W200 block of County F.

- Michael S. Severson, 40, Monroe, was cited for driving without proof of insurance at 3:26 p.m. Saturday, July 7, in the 100 block of 1st Street.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Pablo Rivera-Andrade, 24, Darlington, was arrested Saturday, June 30, on a charge of driving with a revoked license and cited for failure to have vehicle insurance, following a traffic stop on Keep Street. He was released pending court.

- Zachary Z. Brown, 19, Darlington, was arrested Tuesday, July 3, on a charge of theft. An investigation of a wallet being stolen from a parked car on Louisa Street led to Brown's arrest.

- Juan Manuel Flores-Flores, 31, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license at 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, on Wisconsin 23.

- Dustin J. Fairbanks, 22, Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of attempted burglary, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, following an incident at The World of Variety, 210 E. Alice St. He faces felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from the incident in Lafayette County Circuit Court. His initial appearance is Tuesday, July 10.

- Norman Valladares-Zapata, 27, and Felipe Morazan-Rodriguez, 24, both of Darlington, were cited Wednesday, July 4, for allowing underage alcohol consumption. The citations are the result of an investigation of an incident Friday, June 22, that occurred at their residence on Keep Street.

- Don Andrews, 60, Darlington, was cited at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, for driving an all-terrain vehicle on city streets after the allotted hours.

- A 15-year-old Darlington boy was cited for driving with a permit without a parent in the car at 10:29 p.m. Friday, July 6, on Main Street.

- A 16-year-old Darlington boy was cited for a violation of his graduated driver's license restrictions at 3:25 a.m. Saturday, July 7, on Clayton Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - German Hernandez-Gerardo, 29, Monroe, was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 8:44 a.m. Sunday, July 8, after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in a home in the 700 block of 17th Street. A 26-year-old woman sustained bruising in the incident. His signature bond was set Monday at $1,000 on the two misdemeanor charges in Green County Circuit Court. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled August 21.

- Nicholas M. Gowen, 24, Monroe, was cited for seventh-offense driving with a revoked license at 12:10 a.m. Friday, July 6, after an officer saw him driving in the area of 9th Street at 17th Avenue and recognized him as someone who isn't supposed to be driving. Possible bail-jumping charges were referred to the Green County District Attorney.

- Cameron L. Studer, 19, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking at 1:06 a.m. Sunday, July 8, in Recreation Park, 1700 22nd Ave.

- A resident in the 1100 block of 19th Avenue was issued a warning notice at 7:26 a.m. Friday, July 6, for having excessive dog feces in the yard.

- A resident in the 2500 block of 17th Street was issued a warning notice at 9:20 a.m. Friday, July 6, after police responded to a complaint of an unregistered vehicle on blocks in the driveway.

- Police responded at 6:27 a.m. Saturday, July 7, to a report of stop signs that had been pulled out of the ground in the area of 22nd Avenue and 9th Street.

- An officer disposed of a litter of stillborn puppies found behind a residence in the 500 block of West 21st Street at 11:14 a.m. Saturday, July 7.

- A woman's gold chain necklace was found at 11:29 a.m. Saturday, July 7, in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. To claim, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

- A backpack was found at 11:52 p.m. Saturday, July 7, in the parking lot outside Dollar General, 639 4th Ave. To claim, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

- Skateboarders were warned for skating on the sidewalk in the 1700 block of 11th Street at 6:27 p.m. Saturday, July 7.

- A person was warned for being afterhours in the Swiss A.L.P.S. playground in Recreation Park, 1700 22nd Ave., at 10:11 p.m. Saturday, July 7.

- A GPS unit worth $400 was reported stolen out of a locked vehicle in the 1900 block of 26th Street at 11:16 p.m. Saturday, July 7.

- A homeless person sleeping on a dock behind a business in the 900 block of 19th Street was warned to move along at 2:51 a.m. Sunday, July 8.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Glen L. Martin, 48, Juda, was arrested on Mount Hope Road at 8:49 p.m. Sunday, July 8, on four warrants issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay a fine. He was jailed pending bond.
