MONROE - Sandra L. Mashaw, 31, Monroe, was arrested on a Monroe Police Department warrant for failure to pay fine at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of 4th Street. Mashaw posted bond and was released.
• A 16-year-old male was cited for retail theft at about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Lake Drive. He was released to his parents.
