DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:
A deputy responded to a report of animal neglect at 8:52 a.m. on Wisconsin 81, Argyle Township.
John K. Hocking, 42, Gratiot, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on a Lafayette County warrant. Hocking was jailed and then later released.
A deputy and Argyle police were dispatched at 7:10 p.m. to a report of threats to injure on Broad Street, Village of Argyle.
A deputy responded to a traffic complaint of a semi-truck disabled on Wisconsin 11, Shullsburg Township, at 7:13 p.m.
A deputy and Darlington police responded to a welfare check at 7:37 p.m. on Wis. 81, Seymour Township. A strong odor of natural gas was reported.
