MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Joshua J. Nielsen, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. for felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 700 block of 12th Avenue after an incident on Monday. Nielsen was jailed.

• Steven C. Lehman, 57, South Wayne, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. for disorderly conduct on County D, Town of Wayne.
