- Todd. A. Green, 35, Brodhead, was arrested on two Rock County Circuit Court warrants at about 12:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of W. Exchange Street. He was jailed.
- Dylan C. Johnson, 18, Beloit, was cited for inattentive driving at about 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of 8th Street. He was issued a court date.

MONROE - Jamie L. Berget, 38, South Wayne, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 6 1/2 Street and 32nd Avenue. Berget was released pending court.

MONROE - Brandy A. Busjahn, 28, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of battery at about 12 a.m. Saturday, in the W5200 block of County KK, after deputies received a report of a subject being struck by another person. Busjahn was issued a county ordinance citation for battery and was released pending court.
- Roberto Santiago Castellanos, 22, Monroe, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence, cited for no valid driver's license and operating left of center at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of 20th Avenue in Monroe, following a traffic stop. A passenger, Mateo Cruz Arcos, 25, Monroe, was cited for possessing a false ID. Both subjects were released pending court.
- Bonnie K. Bitz, 49, Juda, was cited for operating while suspended at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday on 13th Street and 14th Avenue in Monroe. Bitz was released pending court.
- Christopher E. Leopold, 39, Monroe, was cited for speeding and operating while suspended at about 4:15 p.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 69 at Franklin Road in the Town of Clarno. He was released pending court.
- Randall S. Melland, 20, Monroe, was arrested for first offense operating a vehicle while under the influence, following a report of a motor vehicle crash on private property at about 1 a.m. Saturday in the W5400 block of County DR in the Town of Monroe. Deputies report a parked unoccupied motor vehicle, owned by Matthew D. Minder, 20, Browntown, was struck and damaged. Melland was released pending court. The Monroe Police Department assisted at the scene.
