MONROE - On Jan. 22:
Kenya T. Wilks, 19, Juda, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. at a residence in the W2900 block of Washington Street in Juda in the Town of Jefferson for domestic disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, battery, theft and endanger safety using a dangerous weapon. Wilks was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilks was held at the Green County Jail pending bond or court.
Jose Luz Guzman Cabrera, 57, Albany, was arrested on a misdemeanor bail jumping charge at 9:24 a.m. in the 100 block of West Main Street in Albany. Guzman Cabrera was jailed pending bond or court.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD - For the week of Jan. 14 to Jan. 20, Brodhead Police reported 71 calls for service, nine vehicle registrations, 42 citizen assists, 16 security checks, six assists with other agencies, eight traffic stops, 13 911 calls, two fire calls and eight EMS calls.
On Jan. 14:
Police issued 15 parking citations in violation of the winter parking ordinance.
On Jan. 15:
Police issued 27 parking citations in violation of the winter parking ordinance.
On Jan. 16:
A 50-year-old Orfordville man was cited for no valid driver's license and warned for driving left of center at 5:59 a.m. in the N300 block of 1st Center Avenue.
A 39-year-old West Bend man was cited for speeding at 4:52 p.m. in the 700 block of East 4th Avenue.
A 28-year-old Albany woman was cited for speeding at 7:51 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.
On Jan. 17:
A 34-year-old Beloit man was cited for driving after suspension at 1:06 p.m. in the 1300 block of 25th Street.
A 26-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for driving too fast for conditions and motor vehicle insurance required at 4:51 p.m. in the 500 East 5th Avenue.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 5:29 p.m. in the 900 block of 13th Street. A juvenile was making threats. Contact was made and a warning was issued.
On Jan. 18:
A juvenile causing a disturbance was reported at 7:54 a.m. in the 900 block of 13th Street. The matter was referred to juvenile authorities.
Fraud was reported at 10:05 a.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street for someone opening an account with another person's information. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
On Jan. 20:
Harassment was reported at 11:33 a.m. in the E200 block of 23rd Street for a subject receiving unwanted phone calls. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
An animal at large was reported at 1:56 p.m. in the 400 block of West 3rd Avenue. The owner was contacted and a warning was issued.

DARLINGTON - On Jan. 19:
Jack T. Huber, 20, East Dubuque, Illinois, was cited for underage drinking/possession, no proof of insurance and failure to maintain exhaust system at 9:16 p.m. on Buncombe Road in Benton Township. Bailey J. Bautsch, 19, Sheldon, Iowa, Natalie B. Timmerman, 19, East Dubuque, Illinois, Cole M. Wills, 19, Galena, Illinois, and Andrew S. Stangl, 20, Galena, Illinois were also cited for underage drinking/possession.
On Jan. 20:
Cade K. Carey, 20, Darlington, was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 2:15 a.m. on Wis. 23, Darlington Township. Carey was also cited for underage drinking, no proof of insurance and underage transporting intoxicants. Carey was transported to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office where he was released to a responsible party. Alexander L. Abell, 19, Potosi, and Taylor P. Evenstad, 20, Darlington, were cited for underage drinking. Evenstad was also cited with passenger open intoxicants. Both parties were released to a responsible party.
