Monroe Police

MONROE - Kip D. Groom, 32, Monroe, was arrested for strangulation, false imprisonment, battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of 21st Avenue. He was jailed.

• Jacob R. Phillips, 25, Janesville, was arrested for Albany Police Department warrants at about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of 12th Street.

• Rebel L. Wenger, 42, Monroe, was arrested for an Albany Police Department warrant at about 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of 21st Street.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jamie L. Grinder, 31, Browntown, was arrested for strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in Cadiz township. Grinder was jailed.

• Jared W. Pulver, 26, Brodhead, was arrested for issuing worthless checks at about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in Spring Grove township. He posted bond and was released.

• Paul W. Buckham, 35, Brodhead, was cited for speeding, driving after suspension and failure to wear a seatbelt following a traffic stop at about 8 p.m. Tuesday in the N4500 block of Wisconsin 104. He was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Arnulfo Solano Hernandez, 51, Darlington, was cited for driving without a driver's license and driving with a suspended vehicle registration at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on Galena Street in Darlington.

• William R. Buss, 30, Mineral Point, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday on Sales Barn Road in Elk Grove township.
