ALBANY - On Jan. 11:

• Elizabeth A. M. Broshous, 22, Albany, was cited for disorderly conduct.

• Susan K. Fiorucci, 54, Albany, was cited for disorderly conduct.

• A juvenile was referred for disorderly conduct.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

Christoper M. Kummer, 27, Browntown, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at 12:15 p.m. in the N1700 block of Mellenberger Road in the Town of Cadiz.Kummer was transported to the jail where bond was posted and he was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Jan. 12:

• Madeline L. McCulloch, 42, Albany, was cited for expired driver's license at 10:26 p.m. on Wis. 11, Village of South Wayne.

• Rodimiro Gutierrez-Santacruz, 27, Darlington, was transported to the Lafayette County Jail on a warrant arrest with Iowa County Sheriff's Department at 11:51 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township. Gutierrez-Santacruz remains in custody.

On Saturday:

• A parking complaint was reported at 12:14 a.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

• A criminal damage to property complaint was reported at 1:13 a.m. on County I in New Diggings Township.

• A noise complaint was reported at 1:48 a.m. on West Main Street in Benton.

• Deputies assisted Benton Police at 10:32 a.m. to 3rd Avenue in Benton.

• Deputies responded at 1:31 p.m. to County G in Fayette Township for a welfare check. Argyle Ambulance and Darlington Police assisted.

• A harassment complaint was reported at 4:28 p.m. to East Center Street in South Wayne.

• A deputy responded at 7:38 p.m. to East Main Street in Benton for a 911 misdial.

• Amy J. Boelk, 39, South Wayne, was cited for disorderly conduct at 8:18 p.m. on Boelk Lane in Wayne Township.

On Monday:

• A disabled vehicle was reported at 6:41 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township.

• A deputy responded at 11:19 a.m. to North Judgement Street in Shullsburg for a vehicle unlock.

• Trespassing was reported at 1:05 p.m. on Everson Road in Argyle Township.

• A deputy came upon an injured deer in the road at 9:55 p.m. on Wis. 11, New Diggings Township.

On Tuesday:

• An injured deer was reported at 6:51 a.m. on Wis. 78 in Argyle Township.

• A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 7:49 a.m. to County P in Monticello Township.

• Livestock on the road was reported at 9:20 a.m. in Argyle Township.

• Deputies assisted Darlington Police at 10:41 p.m. on Main Street in Darlington.

• A deputy responded to an alarm at 1:41 p.m. on Mound View Road in Belmont Township.

• An injured deer was reported at 2:23 p.m. on Berry Road in Darlington Township.

• Manuel Cruz-Martinez, 23, Darlington, was arrested for operating without a driver's license at 5:15 p.m. on Wis. 23, Darlington Township. He was brought to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and released. He was also cited for no proof of insurance and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 7:23 p.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township.

• An animal bite was reported at 7:57 p.m. to South Division Street in South Wayne.

• A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 7:59 p.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township. Belmont Police assisted.

• A deputy assisted Darlington Police with a vehicle unlock at 10:05 p.m. on Center Hill Road in Darlington.

• William J. Harris, 30, Benton, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. and brought to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.

On Wednesday:

• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 5:44 p.m. on County G in Belmont Township.

• A deputy assisted Prairie Du Chien Police at 8:51 a.m. on Sales Barn Road in Elk Grove Township.

• Cortnee R. Busjahn, 32, South Wayne, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 12:11 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne after a report of an assault. Busjahn was transported to the Lafayette County Jail and was later released on a cash bond.

• An animal problem was reported at 1:47 p.m. to County D in Wiota Township.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 3:12 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

• A criminal damage to property complaint was reported at 4:10 p.m. on County D in Wayne Township.

• Trespassing was reported at 5:32 p.m. on Wehinger Road in Wayne Township.

• An injured animal on the road was reported at 5:55 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Lamont Township.

• A deputy came upon a disabled vehicle at 9:37 p.m. on County W in Benton Township.

• Tanner A. Farrey, 25, Galena, Illinois, was cited for no proof of insurance.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - On Jan. 8:

• A parking citation was issued at noon for a violation of the 24-hour-parking ordinance.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:25 p.m. in the 10 block of 6th Avenue. The vehicle was not located.

• A homeowner was warned for an ordinance violation at 1:45 p.m. on 5th Avenue. A citizen was not shoveling snow from sidewalks. The person was warned.

• Police unlocked a vehicle at 3:21 p.m. in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• Police checked on the welfare of some children at 8:36 p.m. in the 500 block of 14th Avenue. Green County Human Services was contacted.

• Police assisted EMS at 9:55 p.m. in the 10 block of 2nd Street for a medical call.

On Jan. 9:

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:56 a.m. for a vehicle parked in Engi Court. The owner was located and they were visiting a family member near the residence.

• A sexual assault was reported at 10:23 a.m. that occurred on 3rd Street in New Glarus. The incident is still under investigation.

• A black lab retriever was reported to be running at large at 1:43 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wis. 69.

On Jan. 10:

• Suspicious activity was reported at 1:30 p.m. in a New Glarus residence. The complainant stated people are parking a distance from a residence and then walking to and from the residence in short periods of time. The incident remains under investigation.

• People illegally passing by the high school when school was letting out was reported at 3:10 p.m. Police want to remind citizens this area is a no passing zone and the citation is $213.10 and 3 points assessed on your driver's license.

• Police unlocked a vehicle with no damage at 3:39 p.m. in the 1300 block of Wis. 69.

• A cell phone was turned in to police at 5:33 p.m. that was found on 10th Avenue.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 7:49 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wis. 69. Upon investigation, police cited Brian A. Bloxham, 20, New Glarus, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

On Jan. 11:

• A stray cat was picked up at 11:44 p.m. in the N7300 block of Wis. 69 and was transported to the Green County Humane Society. The cat is black and white, male, neutered.

• An injured squirrel was reported at 12:28 p.m. in the 10 block of 6th Avenue. The area was checked and the squirrel was not located.

• Police removed a large piece of tire from the roadway at 4:55 p.m. on Industrial Drive at Hoesly Drive.

• A juvenile runaway was reported at 5:24 p.m. in the 400 block of 6th Avenue. The juvenile was located and returned home.

• Police assisted Green County Sheriff with checking on a vehicle pulled over to the side of the road with a subject looking underneath the vehicle at 10:32 p.m. on County H.
