ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On Jan. 3, an Albany juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct.

On Thursday, Robert W. Lange, 34, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended license.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - On Jan. 1, a 77-year-old Juda man was arrested at 3:04 a.m. in the 1100 block of East 2nd Avenue for driving while intoxicated, a prohibited blood alcohol content and unsafe lane deviation.

On Jan. 3:

• A 53-year-old Brodhead woman was cited at 2:34 p.m. for unsafe backing in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A theft was reported at 3:49 in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.

• A lost purse was discovered and returned to its owner at 8:44 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A gas drive-off occurred at 10:31 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The case was resolved without incident.

On Wednesday:

• A disturbance was reported at 3:23 p.m. in the 900 block of 13th Street.

• Harassment was reported at 5:28 p.m. in the 1200 block of East 2nd Avenue. The case was referred to the Green County District Attorney.

On Thursday:

• A gas drive-off was reported at 11:46 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. The case was resolved without incident.

• Harassment was reported at 5:27 p.m. in the 1200 block of East 2nd Avenue. The case was referred to the Green County District Attorney.

On Saturday:

• A 58-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 8:18 a.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to fasten a seat belt.

• A theft was reported at 8:45 a.m. at a residence in the 200 block of 6th Street. The case remains under investigation.

• A noise complaint was made at 11:56 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.



DARLINGTON POLICE

DARLINGTON - On Jan. 3:

• Melany P. Brieno, 17, Darlington, was cited at 11:10 a.m. for truancy at the Darlington High School.

• Mitchell L. Wagner, 17, Argyle, was cited at 1:50 p.m. for speeding on County F.

On Friday:

• Jamie P. Dammen, 30, Dodgeville, was cited at 3:30 p.m. for driving with a revoked license on Main Street.

• Prentiss M. Allen, 34, Darlington, was cited at 4:40 p.m. for disorderly conduct on Pelco Drive.

On Saturday, Curtis L. Metz, 35, Darlington, was cited at 2:30 p.m. for driving with a revoked license on Main Street.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Jan. 2:

• A dog at large was reported at 11:38 a.m. near the intersection of Industrial Drive and Hoesly Drive.

• A burglary was reported at 11:45 p.m. in the 500 block of Wis. 69. The investigation is ongoing, although the incident appears related to other burglaries the same day in Green and Dane counties.

On Jan. 3:

• Harassment was reported at 12:43 a.m.

• Police assisted a citizen at 5:32 p.m. with jump-starting a vehicle.

On Wednesday, Heather D. Dybevik, 39, New Glarus, was cited at 10:34 p.m. for driving with a suspended license and without vehicle insurance in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

On Thursday:

• Police responded at 10:17 a.m. to help unlock a citizen's vehicle, but found the vehicle already unlocked upon their arrival.

• Police cited a vehicle at 10:56 a.m. for improper parking in the 100 block of 6th Avenue.

• Nicholas G. Scudder, 28, Freeport, was cited at 9:47 p.m. for driving with an expired vehicle registration in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

On Friday, police assisted the Dane County Sheriff at 6:19 p.m. with attempting to locate an individual. The person was found in the 500 block of 14th Avenue and was taken into custody.

On Saturday:

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 8:13 a.m.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 9:43 a.m. with removing debris from the roadway in the N9200 block of Wis. 69.

• Mark S. Gridley, 46, Freeport, was cited at 9:04 p.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

On Sunday, two juvenile girls were warned at 10:49 p.m. for trespassing after they were discovered in the village hall.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday, Kayle J. M. Turnbill, 17, Albany, was arrested on an Albany Police warrant for failing to pay a fine. Turnbill was jailed.

On Saturday, deputies cited seven juveniles for possession and consumption of alcohol at a party in the W5900 block of County P, Town of Clarno.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1 a.m. on Furnace Hill Road, Town of Willow Springs.

• Justin J. Nelson, 28, Mineral Point, was cited at 3:10 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance, a defective muffler and without headlamps on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington and was arrested on a probation violation. Nelson was jailed.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 7:51 a.m. on County K, Town of Gratiot.

• Kevin S. Bahe, 50, Darlington, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. for disorderly conduct and pointing a firearm at a person on Furnace Hill Road, Town of Willow Springs. Bahe was released on bond.

• A residential alarm was triggered at 1:09 p.m. on Dobbs Road, Town of Lamont.

On Saturday:

• An alarm was triggered at 9:58 a.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

• Coady A. Mobley, 26, Cincinnati, Iowa, was cited at 10:46 a.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A noise complaint was made at 7:28 p.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

• Harassment was reported at 8:08 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:50 p.m. County Shop Road, Town of Darlington.

On Sunday:

• Dennis D. Radford, 52, Salem, was cited at 7:29 a.m. for driving with a revoked license and speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• Neglected animals were reported at 11:25 a.m. on County Y, Town of Woodford.

• Deputies assisted the Darlington Police at 4:12 p.m. with a lift on Sunset Terrace in Darlington.

• Jamie L. Olson, 30, Beloit, was cited at 4:29 p.m. for driving without a valid license on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A traffic complaint was made at 4:42 p.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.

• A dog bite was reported at 8:48 p.m. on North Main Street in Blanchardville.
