MONROE - Two men were arrested following a disturbance at about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Peter P. Bellitere, 28, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping.
Michael A. Chase, 21, Monroe, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and bail jumping. They were jailed.
