BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - On Jan. 29, an 18-year-old South Beloit, Illinois, man was arrested at 10:54 p.m. for driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1500 block of East 7th Avenue.

On Jan. 30:

• A 35-year-old Brodhead man was arrested at 11:03 p.m. for domestic battery, domestic disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of 21st Street.

• A 27-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for obstructing an officer after an incident on Dec. 28 in the 200 block of East 2nd Avenue.

On Jan. 31:

• A 57-year-old Monroe woman was cited at 7:49 a.m. for speeding in the 500 block of East 9th Avenue.

• A 44-year-old Cottage Grove man was cited at 8:01 a.m. for speeding in the 500 block of East 9th Avenue.

• A 59-year-old Stoughton man was cited at 8:53 a.m. for speeding in the 900 block of East 9th Avenue.

On Wednesday:

• An ordinance violation was reported at 8:17 a.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A 35-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested in the 700 block of 17th Street on a Winnebago County warrant.

On Thursday:

• A parking complaint was made at 1:04 a.m. in the 1500 block of 14th Street.

• A 23-year-old Brodhead man was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident on Dec. 28 in the 200 block of East 2nd Avenue.

On Friday:

• A 26-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 1:13 p.m. for driving with a suspended license in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A 43-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested at 11:59 p.m. for driving while intoxicated and with a prohibited blood alcohol content and was cited for unsafe backing in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Friday, Brodie G. Flannery, 24, South Wayne, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on a Green County child support warrant in the 1300 block of 23rd Avenue. Flannery was also cited for driving with a revoked license. Flannery was jailed.

On Saturday, Kevin A. Montgomery, 38, Blue Mounds, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on Dane, Lafayette and Sawyer county warrants for issuing worthless checks in the 900 block of 10th Avenue. Montgomery was jailed.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Jan. 31:

• Police assisted the Monticello Police at 1:50 p.m. with the arrest of Brandon J. Disrud, 29, Monroe, on Green County warrants.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 7:07 p.m. with a domestic dispute in the N7500 block of Olstad Lane.

On Wednesday:

• Police checked an individual's welfare at 10:17 a.m. in the village.

• Police assisted the Belleville Police at 4:32 p.m. with apprehending a wanted subject in Belleville.

• Police checked a driver's welfare at 5:08 p.m. on 3rd Street.

• Zachery J. Frick, 17, Belleville, was cited at 9:31 p.m. for driving left of the centerline and speeding at the intersection of Elmer Road and County W.

On Thursday:

• Police issued six citations for alternate-side parking violations throughout the village.

• Anthony M. L. Thomas, 18, Madison, was cited at 9:05 p.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wisconsin 69.

• Police investigated an improperly parked truck at 10:19 p.m. in the 600 block of Railroad Street.

• A 15-year-old student was cited for truancy at 11:40 a.m. after an excessive number of absences. The student's parent was cited for a parental truancy liability violation.

On Friday:

• Police issued two citations for alternate-side parking violations throughout the village.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 4:10 p.m. with a sick raccoon in the Town of New Glarus.

• Kelsi R. Mayer, 30, Monroe, was cited at 7:25 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance at the intersection of Railroad Street and 11th Avenue.

On Saturday:

• Police investigated a suspicious vehicle at 1:13 a.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

• Police issued six citations for alternate-side parking violations throughout the village.

On Sunday:

• Police issued nine citations for alternate-side parking violations throughout the village.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 3:02 p.m. with a welfare check in the Town of New Glarus.

• Police assisted a driver at 5:03 p.m. in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 4:45 p.m. in the 200 block of 5th Avenue.

On Monday, suspicious activity was reported at 10:08 a.m. on 4th Avenue.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 5:25 p.m. on Sunset Terrace in Darlington.

• Lisa S. Wiegel, 31, Hazel Green, was cited at 6:17 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on County Shop Road, Town of Darlington.

• An injured animal was reported at 10:27 p.m. on Ames Road, Town of Darlington.

On Saturday:

• A 911 hang-up occurred at 11:48 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:03 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• A deputy provided traffic control at 1:56 p.m. on County K, Town of Darlington.

On Sunday:

• A theft was reported at 9:18 a.m. on County D, Town of Fayette.

• Philip E. Fields, Jr., 22, Grand Junction, Colorado, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on two Green County warrants. Fields was jailed in Green County.
