Albany Police

ALBANY - Timothy J. Huffman, 23, Beloit, was cited for operating after suspension and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration on Saturday, Feb. 2.

• Jessica L. Vanhook, 29, Monroe, was cited for operating without a valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance on Saturday, Feb. 2



Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - David A. Scofield, 24, Brodhead, was cited for operating after revocation at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, stemming from an earlier incident in the day.

• John L. Nelson, 59, Brodhead, was cited for driving too fast for conditions at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30 in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue following a traffic accident.

• Three juvenile Brodhead males were cited for unnecessary acceleration and display of power at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30 in the 2500 block of W. 5th Avenue.

• Tyler A. Richardson, 18, Brodhead was cited for unnecessary acceleration and display of power at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30 in the 1100 block of 14th Avenue.

• Travis L. Hawkins, 33, Brodhead, was cited for issuance of worthless checks on Friday, Feb. 1.

• Matthew A. Messel, 39, Monroe, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 10:18 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 in the 200 block of 1st Center Avenue.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - June I. Strahm, 65, New Glarus, was cited for operating vehicle without proof of insurance at 6:13 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69 after receiving a report of erratic driving involving her vehicle.

• Naomi R. Balderas, 29, New Glarus, was cited for possessing of drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26. Police received a report of possible drug paraphernalia at her residence and observed the items when they made contact.

• Kala L. Booth, 22, New Glarus, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while suspended at 4:50 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27 on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.

• Jerel D. Bass, 21, Middleton, for a seatbelt violation at 12:38 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Johnathan E. Sunderlage, 23, Monticello, was arrested for a first offense of operating while intoxicated and was cited for too fast for conditions following a one-vehicle accident. The Green Sheriff's Department received a complaint about a vehicle in the ditch at 2:59 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 on Wis. 69, north of Gutzmer Road, in the Town of Mount Pleasant. Deputies contacted Sunderlage at his residence. Sunderlage was northbound on Wis. 69 when he lost control on the snow-covered roadway and entered the west ditch line. The vehicle had moderate passenger side/rear-end damage and it was towed from the scene. Sunderlage was released.

• Ryan C. Clements, 32, Brodhead, was arrested for a second offense of operating while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident. Deputies were dispatched at 6:12 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 to the N4600 block of Wis. 104 in the Town of Decatur for a vehicle in the ditch. Clements was also cited for criminal operating after revocation and failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle. Clements was released.

• Sara K. Persman, 28, Brodhead, was arrested for a first offense operating while under the influence after the Rock County Sheriff's Department reported a vehicle at 3:23 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 3 in the west ditch of the N2400 block of County T in the Town of Spring Grove. Green County Deputies responded. Persman was also cited for failing to keep her vehicle under control and operating a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. She was released. The vehicle had no damage.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Kathy I. Richard, 46, Benton, was taken into custody 10:34 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1 at a residence on County 11 in the Town of Benton. Richard remains jailed on a Department of Corrections probation hold.

• Jonathan D. Groom, 29, Shullsburg, was jailed after turning himself in at the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department at noon Friday, Feb. 1. Groom remains jailed on a Department of Corrections probation hold.

• Curt D. Humphrey, 42, Mineral Point, was arrested for operating after suspension at 2:01 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg. Humphrey was later released.

• Kathryn J. Barrera, 30, Cuba City, was arrested on a valid child support warrant from Walworth County at 9:06 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 at a residence on Pinch Lane in the Town of Benton. She remains jailed pending a transport to Walworth County.

• Brian V. Olson, 28, Platteville, was transported from the Grant County Jail to the Lafayette County Jail at 5:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2. Olson was arrested in Grant County on a valid Lafayette County warrant. Olson later posted bond and was released.

• Scott W. Bartosik, 54, South Wayne, was taken into custody for a Department of Corrections Apprehension warrant at 6:19 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2 from a residence on County D in the Town of Wayne. Bartosik remains jailed.

• Robert L. Plast, 23, Brodhead, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at 7:27 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 after a deputy made contact with him and his disabled vehicle on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot. Plast was later released.

• Spencer M. Keith, 18, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 9:26 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington.
