MONROE - Shane David Riley, 28, Monroe, turned himself in at the Green County Jail on several warrants at 2:17 p.m. Monday. Riley was jailed without incident. Online court records show Riley had multiple unpaid fines for past convictions of disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated and others.
