MONROE - On Friday, Christopher A. Humphrey, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 4:33 a.m. on a Monroe Police warrant for driving with a revoked license in the 700 block of 25th Avenue. Humphrey was released on bond.
On Sunday, Estudillo Eliezer Vazquez, 35, Monroe, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. for driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license in the 1200 block of 11th Street. He was released pending court.
