• Angel E. Olson, 21, Monroe, was arrested for theft around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Eighth Street. She was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Jay A. Palfrey, 40, Shullsburg, was arrested for driving after revocation following a traffic stop around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 151 in Belmont township. He was released pending court.
