MONROE - Jacqueline J. Siegel, 35, Monroe, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and intimidation of a victim following a report of a disturbance at about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of 22nd Street. She was jailed.
• Mark B. Zimmerman, 38, Juda, was arrested at about 1:45 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of 17th Street for a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay a fine. He was released after posting bond.

MONROE - Michael D. Buell, 49, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving, driving after revocation and speeding following a traffic stop at about midnight Thursday on Wisconsin 11/81 and Wis. 69. He was jailed.
