MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Emily M. Rush, 32, South Wayne, and Serena A. Kapple, 33, Monroe, were arrested at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday for domestic disorderly conduct and battery after officers investigated a fight in the 500 block of 21st Street. Both Rush and Kapple were jailed.

MONROE - Josh E. Argo, 27, Monticello, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday after a police pursuit on Wisconsin 59, Town of Sylvester. Deputies attempted to stop Argo after observing him speeding and driving left of the centerline. Argo refused to stop and instead fled west on Wis. 59 for two and a half miles before being stopped near Forest Prairie Park Road. Argo was arrested for knowingly fleeing an officer, driving while intoxicated (first offense), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for speeding, driving left of center, littering and drinking open intoxicants in a vehicle. Argo was jailed pending court.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:56 a.m. on Paulson Road, Town of Blanchard.
An injured animal in the roadway was reported at 12:15 p.m. on South Lake Road, Town of Lamont.
A deputy provided traffic control at 3:35 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Kendall.
A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 7:04 p.m. on Lake Road in Blanchardville.

Melissa C. Melton, 44, Argyle, was cited at 10:38 p.m. for possession of marijuana after police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Wis. 78, Town of Wiota.
