NEW GLARUS - A 15-year-old male was cited for truancy, after police received a call from the New Glarus High School at about 10:30 a.m. Dec. 17.

MONROE - Neil A. Bidlingmaier, 40, Monroe was arrested for violation of bond at about 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Green County Justice Center. Bidlingmaier was jailed pending court.
Courtney Lynn Belke, 19, Monroe was arrested on a warrant from the Monroe Police Department for receiving stolen property and resisted arrest at about 6:15 p.m. Friday. Belke posted bond and was released
William P. Arndt, 17, Juda was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at about 6:15 p.m. Friday, after deputies responded to a domestic dispute at a residence in the Village of Juda. Arndt was jailed pending court or bond.
Christopher A. Leitzen, 35, Stockton, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense and was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and speeding at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday, following a traffic stop for speeding on Wis. 69 near County P, Town of Clarno. Leitzen was released pending court.
Gerardo Guadalupe-Ramirez, 30, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on charges of first-offense operating while intoxicated, and cited for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle, open intoxicants and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, at about 9:45 p.m. Saturday, after deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch in the N1000 Block of Mt. Hope Road in the Town of Spring Grove. Guadalupe-Ramirez was released pending court.
The driver of another vehicle, Cesario Eslava Santiago, 30, Brodhead was also arrested on charges of first-offense operating while intoxicated, and cited for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license, when he came to the scene to pull the Guadalupe-Ramirez out of the ditch and also slid into the ditch. Cesario Eslava Santiago was released pending court.
William P. Arndt, 17, Juda, was arrested at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday on the charge of violation of 72-hour no contact prohibition at a residence in the Village of Juda. Arndt was incarcerated pending court.
