MONROE - Julie L. Doran, 47, Beloit, was arrested for driving after revocation and a warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department at about 4:15 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of Wisconsin 69. She was jailed.
• Richard W. Plenkers, 26, Monroe, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department at about 7:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of Fourth Avenue West. He also was cited for not wearing a seatbelt. He was jailed.
• Carrie J. Smith, 26, Monroe, was cited for driving after suspension. She was released pending court.

MONROE - Steven M. Thies, 44, Monroe, was cited for driving after revocation following a traffic stop at about 11:45 p.m. Thursday on Bethel Road in Clarno township. He was released pending court.
