MONROE - Joanna B. Prine, 30, Mount Horeb, was arrested and jailed for second-offense operating while intoxicated and on an outstanding Dane County warrant at 12:02 a.m. Wednesday after police stopped her on 13th Avenue at 11th Street.

• Timothy Hicks, 28, Freeport, was cited for operating after suspension at 2:19 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 5:38 p.m. on Bethel Grove Road in the Town of Belmont.
• Suspicious activity was reported at 6:23 p.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 9:41 p.m. on County M in the Town of Wiota.
