Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Ronnie D. Thomas, 49, Janesville was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated at about midnight Aug. 22 in the 1000 block of 4th Street. A court date was issued.

• Matthew L. Richards 23, Brodhead, was arrested for domestic disorder conduct at about 2:45 a.m. Aug. 22 in the 1000 block of 21st Street. He was released after posting bond.

• Joseph P. Juric, 37, Janesville, was arrested for operating while under the influence of intoxicants and speeding at about 1:15 a.m. Aug. 23 in the 900 block of 3rd Street. A court date was issued.

• Patrick J. Connolly, 57, Westbury, N.Y., was cited for operating after suspension and violation of child safety seat at about 11:15 p.m. Aug. 23 in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. A court date was issued.

• Kaitlin L. Spooner, 20, Brodhead, was cited Aug. 25 for theft of library materials. A court date was issued.

• Katelyn A. Elsasser, 21, Monroe, was cited Aug. 25 for theft of library materials. A court date was issued.

• Kendra L. Usher, 18, Brodhead, was cited Aug. 25 for theft of library materials. A court date was issued.

• Cassidy A Miller, Orfordville, was cited Aug. 25 for issuance of worthless checks. A court date was issued.

• Shawn S. Stucker, 49, Evansville, was arrested for operating while revoked Thursday in the 1300 block of 14th Street. He was released pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Diana Melgarejo Alverez, 23, Monroe, was arrested at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of 8 1/2 Street for disorderly conduct as a result of a domestic dispute. She was jailed pending court.

• Jason D. Benfer, 38, Monroe, was arrested at about 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue on warrants issued by the Lafayette County and Green County sheriffs' departments. He was jailed.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Anthony W. Bliss, 34, Beloit, was cited for a revoked driver's license at about 2:30 a.m. Aug. 26, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 69 near 11th Avenue.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Christina L. Orellana, 36, rural Monroe, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at about 2 a.m. Friday, following a vehicle stop in the N5200 block of County KK in Monroe township. Orellana was also cited for faulty headlight and expired registration. Orellana was released pending court.

• Bobby A. Marney, 30, Freeport, was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated, felony offense of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1 a.m. Saturday, following a traffic stop on Wis. 69 and 6th Street in the City of Monroe. Marney was also cited for operating without a valid driver's license and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Marney jailed pending court.

• Christina R. Myers, 20, Freeport, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol, underage person entering a licensed premise, obstructing police and possessing/presenting a false identification at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday, after deputies observed a disturbance at a business on County KK in the Town of Monroe. Myers was released pending court.

• Mark V. Castro, 37, Chicago, was cited for trespassing at about 4:15 p.m. Saturday, after deputies observed a subject leave the Sugar River and trespass on private property in the N4800 block of County E in the Town of Decatur. Castro was released pending court.

• Catherine A. Mueller, 24, Milwaukee, was cited for trespassing at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, after deputies observed a subject leave the Sugar River and trespass on private property in the N4800 block of County E in the Town of Decatur. Mueller was released pending court.

• Jeffrey C. Alt, 23, Monroe, and Jonathon J. Alt, 26, Monroe, were cited for trespassing at about 4:45 p.m. Saturday, after deputies observed the subjects trespass on private property in the N4800 block of County E in the Town of Decatur. Both subjects were released pending court.

• Edward A. Stampfli Jr., 33, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct and Shane A. Larson, 27, Madison, was cited for trespassing at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the N4800 of County E in the Town of Decatur. Both subjects were released pending court.

• Brandi J. Smith, 26, South Wayne, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Wisconsin 59, at Weiss Lane, in the Town of Monroe, for a traffic violation. A passenger, Richard W. Plenkers, 28, South Wayne, was arrested on a warrant from the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department for failing to appear for operating after driver's license is revoked. Plenkers was turned over to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department.

• Jeffrey L. Ladow Jr., 29, South Wayne, was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI), cited for speeding and failure to yield/stop for emergency vehicle at about 3 a.m. Sunday, following a traffic stop on Wis. 11/81, at Hartwig Road, in the Town of Jefferson. Ladow was released pending court.

• Seth C. Hart, 30, Evansville, was arrested on a Department of Corrections Probation warrant at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the N4600 block of County E, Town of Decatur, following a report of a fight that had occurred on the river. Hart was jailed.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - John Olson, 28, Platteville, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, following a report of a domestic dispute at about 7:15 a.m. Monday at a resident on County XX in Belmont township. Olson was transported to jail and later released.

• Brandi Ruf, 26, Darlington, was arrested for domestic battery, and Derek Foley, 25, Mineral Point, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property, following a report of a domestic dispute at about 12:45 a.m. Saturday on County F in Fayette township. Both were transported to jail where they were booked and released.

• Jeremy Stampfli, 36, Hollandale, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property, following a report of a domestic dispute at about 4 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 78 in Blanchardville township. Stampfli was transported to jail where he was booked and released.

• Chad Bald, 18, Freeport, was arrested for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, and cited for speeding, underage alcohol consumption and a minor transporting alcohol, following a traffic stop at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday on County W in White Oak Springs township. Zachary Boekholder, 18, Freeport, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and cited for underage alcohol consumption. Both were transported to jail where they were booked and released.

• Richard Plenkers, 28, Monroe, was arrested at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday in Green County and transported to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department, where he is being held on a valid warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while revoked.

• Dustin Schemehorn, 20, Benton, was apprehended by Platteville Police on a valid Lafayette County warrant and transported to Lafayette County jail where he was booked at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday and held.
