MONROE - Austin D. Flood, 18, Albany, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. Thursday for misdemeanor bail jumping and underage consumption of alcohol after deputies were dispatched to a subject lying on the ground in the W1200 block of Wisconsin 59, Town of Albany.

• A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up call at 3:50 a.m. at a residence on River Road, Township of Argyle.
• Deputies responded to a report of disorderly conduct at a residence on West Water Street, Shullsburg, at 10:29 p.m. Shullsburg EMS responded to the scene as well.
