MONROE - Alyssia M. McNett and Alexandria R. Ehrler, both 17 and both from Monroe, were cited for theft at about 1:45 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of West 8th Street. They were released pending court.

MONROE - Raymond W. Fallin Jr., 44, Monroe, was arrested for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Police report he made phone contact and was walking to the victim's residence at the time of his arrest. He was jailed.
• Holly R. Tessmer, 24, Evansville, was arrested for Rock County warrants at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the Green County Justice Center. She was turned over to Rock County Sheriff's Department deputies.
• Andrew R. Converse, 21, Evansville, was cited for driving after suspension and driving without insurance at about 12:15 a.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 104 south of Borchardt Road. He was released pending court.
