NEW GLARUS - Annette P. Jordan-Estes, 54, New Glarus, was cited for driving with a suspended license on 4th Avenue near 2nd Street at 11:15 a.m. Monday, April 1.
Eliezer Vazquez Estudillo, 31, Monroe, was cited for driving without a valid license after officers stopped him for a registration violation on Wisconsin 69 at 11th Avenue at 4:40 p.m. Monday, April 1.
Kevin M. Lienhardt, 21, New Glarus, was cited for prowling at 1:53 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, in the 500 block of Railroad Street.
Ryan J. Teasdale, 39, Monticello, was cited for driving with an expired vehicle registration at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.
Christopher S. Capps, 20, New Glarus, was cited at an unspecified location for driving with a suspended license, possessing drug paraphernalia and a seatbelt violation at 7:02 p.m. Thursday, April 4.
Ferris C. Lucas, 24, Madison, was cited for driving without a valid license (second offense) at 7:02 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at Railroad Street and 9th Avenue.
A suicidal person who was reportedly armed with a knife was taken into protective custody after officers responded at 8:59 p.m. Monday, April 1, to an unspecified location within the village. The person was transported to a facility for evaluation. The Green County Sheriff's Department, Monticello Police Department and New Glarus Area EMS assisted on the call.
New Glarus police responded to a report of a sexual assault of a female at a residence in the 900 block of 1st Street at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday, April 2. The male suspect had fled the scene on foot prior to officers arriving. Green County deputies, Monroe police, the Monroe K-9 team and New Glarus Area EMS all assisted on the call. The suspect, who was known to the victim, has been identified as Anthony D. Gillaum, 25, and there is currently a probation/parole apprehension warrant for his arrest. New Glarus police continue to investigate the case and charges are pending.
A gas drive-off was reported at BP, 619 Wis. 69, at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday, April 2. The driver was located and the gas was paid for.
A theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 4:15 p.m. Thursday, April 4. Police did not release the location of the theft.
Criminal damage to a vehicle tire at a local business was reported was reported at 4:04 p.m. Friday, April 5. Police did not release the location of the vandalism.

MONROE - David J. Winkler, 39, Darlington, was taken into custody on a probation hold at 9:10 a.m. Friday, April 5, at the Green County Justice Center. He was jailed.
Guy D. Jensen, 61, rural Brooklyn, was arrested on charges of third-degree sexual assault and false imprisonment after deputies responded to a residence in the W1500 block of King Road in Brooklyn Township at 11:09 a.m. Friday, April 5, for a report of an assault. Jensen was jailed pending court.
Randall E. Halvorson, 59, Browntown, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct while armed after deputies responded to Trailside Inn, 101 E. Old Highway Road, Browntown, at 8:14 p.m. Friday, April 5, for a report of a person waving around an ax and threatening to damage property. He was jailed pending court or cash bond. Olivia L. J. Halvorson, 24, Browntown, was also arrested, on a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for failure to pay a fine. She was jailed to serve a commitment order or until she is able to post the required fine amount.
Joseph A. Wallgren, 22, and Markus A. Wallgren, 24, both of Argyle, were arrested after deputies, the Green County K-9 team, Monroe police and Green County EMS responded at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, April 6, to a "disturbance involving several subjects" at Sir Buk's Dance Club, W5222 County KK, Monroe Township. Markus Wallgren was jailed, pending bond or court, on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property. Joseph Wallgren was charged with possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance without a prescription. He was booked at the jail and then released pending court.

Phillips, 28, Apple River, was arrested on a warrant issued by Lafayette County for failure to pay a fine, after deputies responded at 4:35 a.m. Saturday, April 6, to a report of a vehicle stuck in a ditch outside Sir Buk's Dance Club, W5222 County KK, Monroe Township. Phillips was turned over to Lafayette County deputies.
