MONROE - Deputies and the Monroe Police Department responded to a hit-and-run crash at 1:16 a.m. Friday in the N2100 block of Haddinger Road in the Town of Clarno. It was reported that a white vehicle hit two-vehicles in a driveway and fled the scene. A Monroe police officer located a disabled white vehicle on Haddinger Road occupied by Ashley R. Neuenschwander, 18, Monroe. Following an investigation, Neuenschwander was arrested for driving while under the influence, possessing THC, cited for failing to maintain control, hit-and-run to an unattended vehicle, failing to report a motor vehicle crash and driving after driver's license suspension. Neuenschwander was released. The crash investigation determined that Neuenschwander was traveling north on Haddinger Road north of Mings Road, when her vehicle went left of center, entered the west ditch, drove into a private driveway and hit two motor vehicles. Both vehicles were unoccupied and received severe damage. Neuenschwander continued north though the west ditch and returned to the road. Neuenschwander's vehicle received severe front-end damage and was towed from the scene.

• Ashley M. Ernst, 26, Freeport, was stopped at 9:47 p.m. Saturday in the N1100 block of Wisconsin 69 in the Clarno Township, for a traffic violation. A passenger, Derrick J. Moore, 28, Dekalb, Ill., was arrested on two warrants from Darlington Police Department for underage consumption and a Green County warrant for failing to appear on an obstructing police charge. Moore was jailed.
