Monroe Police

MONROE - Monda L. Hess, 47, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery under domestic abuse laws at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, following a disturbance in the 2800 block of 13th Street.

She posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Martha Concepcion Ramirez, 21, Beloit, was cited for a second offense driving without a valid driver's license at 3:44 a.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 11 near Ms. Hope Road in the Town of Spring Grove, following a traffic violation. Ramirez released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Roman M. Pervisky, 22, Belmont, was arrested and booked into Lafayette County Jail on a charge of domestic battery at 1:08 a.m. Tuesday, following an alleged domestic dispute incident in the Village of Belmont. Pervisky is being held on a probation hold through the Department of Corrections, and a valid failure-to-appear warrant through Iowa County.

- Laura L. Gundlach, 42, Platteville, was cited for driving a vehicle after suspension and driving a vehicle with expired registration at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.
