BRODHEAD - Michael J. Whalen III, was arrested for prowling, theft and possession of marijuana at about 2:15 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of West Third Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Ruger L. Fischer, 18, Brodhead, was arrested at about 3:45 p.m. April 20 in the 1100 block of 14th Street for a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department. He posted a cash bond and was released.
• Elizabeth A. Kuhse, 40, Brodhead, was cited for disorderly conduct at about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of East Exchange Street. Dylan T. Connolly, 17, Brodhead, also was cited for disorderly conduct. They were released pending court.
• Samantha R. Bauer, 18, Brodhead, was cited for underage drinking at about 4:30 p.m. April 19 in the 1200 block of 17th Street. She was released pending court.
• Dwayne J. Hosp, 45, Brodhead, was cited for frequently barking dogs at about 11 p.m. April 19 in the 1000 block of 21st Street. He was released pending court.
• Adam W. Tracy, 18, Orfordville, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at about 8 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released pending court.
