Peter R. Selgrat, 36, Evansville, was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and THC.
Nicholas R. Kernen, 27, Albany, was cited for driving while revoked.

MONROE - Police arrested Jamie C. Barreau, 33, Monroe, for bail jumping at 2:27 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of 19th Avenue. Barreau posted bond and was released.
On Sunday:
Police arrested Lori M. Scott, 41, Monroe, for a third offense of driving under the influence of an intoxicant at 1:19 a.m. in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69. Scott was also charged with possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia. Scott was released.
George D. Mosley, 27, Monroe, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping at 2:05 p.m. in the 2300 block of 5th Avenue as the result of a domestic dispute. Mosley was jailed.
NEW GLARUS Police
NEW GLARUS - On Sunday:
Cole T. Martin, 17, Belleville, was cited for a seatbelt violation and having no vehicle insurance 6:26 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.
Police were dispatched at 8:36 p.m. to the 200 block of 1st Avenue for a juvenile out of control. Charges of disorderly conduct will be referred to juvenile intake.
On April 13:
Police cited Bryce C. Pence, 18, Monticello, for a seatbelt violation at 6:13 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.
Adam S. Miller, 26, Monticello, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 6:47 p.m. Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.
Police checked the area of 300 Elmer Road for a vehicle security alarm that kept going off at about 11 p.m. The owner was contacted and a malfunction with the security system was found.
On April 14:
Larry R. Sutterfield, 39, Rockford, Ill., was cited for a seatbelt violation at 12:03 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.
Jeffrey R. Hartwig, 40, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 1:22 p.m. on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.
David C. Proctor, 28, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:43 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.
Police took a report of harassment at 2:47 p.m. that had occurred in the village. The incident remains under investigation.
On Wednesday:
Tangy M. Grant, 27, New Glarus, was cited for driving a vehicle while revoked at 1:50 p.m. on 8th Avenue at 1st Street.
Brady J. Cullen, 24, Monroe, was cited for driving a vehicle without insurance after a stop for a speeding violation at 2:35 p.m. on Hoesly Drive.
New Glarus Police Department assisted the Green County Human Services with an investigation at 6:28 p.m. Thursday.
On Friday:
New Glarus Police Department assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with a grass/field fire at 11 a.m. on County H, near Marty Road. New Glarus Fire Department and other fire departments assisted on the call. New Glarus Area EMS was also on scene.
New Glarus Police was sent to the bike path behind Sugar River Pizza at 7:49 p.m. for a report of some kids acting suspicious. Four young children were playing with branches on the bike path.
New Glarus Police Department assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with a burning complaint at 8:38 p.m. on County O, near County U. The matter was turned over to Green County Sheriff's Department upon their arrival. New Glarus Fire Department assisted on the call and extinguished the fire.
On Saturday:
Brian R. Johnson, 29, Belleville, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 6:25 p.m. on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.
Police received a report of a possible fraud/scam at 7:39 p.m. A resident received a voicemail from a subject who claimed to be from the Internal Revenue Service. The caller said the resident owed money for back taxes. The police department warns that these phone calls are scams and residents should not give out any personal information.

Justin J. Alba, 23, East Dubuque, Ill., was cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle as a driver after police observed a vehicle at 8:10 p.m. parked in a parking lot of a business located in the 1400 block of Wis. 69 with open intoxicants inside. A passenger, Michael R. Fricks, 25, Monroe, was cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle. Both subjects were cited and released.
Alexandra D. Renard, 26, West Bend, was cited for a seatbelt violation and having no vehicle insurance at 3:35 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.
Joe D. Johnson, 33, Belleville, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 3:51 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.
A citizen turned in a cell phone at 6:31 p.m. that was found in the 600 block of Railroad Street. The cell phone was returned to its owner.
Police were dispatched at 7:49 p.m. to the 300 block of Heidi Court for a residential burglar alarm. It was found that the homeowner had set off the alarm.
