Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On April 10:

• Deputies responded at 1:12 p.m. to Main Street in Gratiot for a welfare check.

• An ordinance violation was reported at 3:13 p.m. on South Warren Street in South Wayne.

• Adam N. Kuhle, 22, Benton, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:06 p.m. on Wisconsin 11 in South Wayne.

• Clara N. Martinez-Esteban, 33, Darlington, was arrested for operating without a valid driver's license at 11:54 p.m. on Wis. 81, Darlington Township. Martinez-Esteban was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where she was booked and released.

On April 11:

• Erik A. Larsen, 20, Cuba City, was cited for no proof of insurance at 1:51 a.m. on Wis. 81, Elk Grove Township.

• A deputy responded at 2:23 a.m. to West Mound Avenue, Village of Belmont for a welfare check.

• Ryan A. Schneider, 34, Darlington, was cited for speeding at 3:49 a.m. on Wis. 81, Argyle Township.

• Threats to injure were reported at 6:24 a.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

• An injured animal in the roadway was reported at 8:55 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 9:21 a.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

• A possible jackknifed semi was reported at 9:24 a.m. on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township.

• A disabled vehicle was reported at 3:35 p.m. on Wis. 78 in Argyle Township.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 3:54 p.m. on County O in Seymour Township.

• Quinton A. Yell, 27, Shullsburg, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license and no proof of insurance at 6:09 p.m. on Roaster Road, Benton Township.

• A deputy assisted with a vehicle unlock at 7:24 p.m. on County O in Kendall Township.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 7:27 p.m. on West Church Road in Wiota Township.

• Douglas W. M. Champion was cited for operating while revoked at 11:35 p.m. on County W, New Diggings Township. The passenger, Kayla M. Spore, 20, Shullsburg, was cited for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On April 10:

• Bryan K. Waddell, 51, Monroe, and Janet M. Myer, 41, Brodhead, were cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance reported at 4:19 p.m. at Green County Human Services, N3100 block of Wis. 81. Waddell and Myer were released pending court.

On April 11:

• Peter V. Cramer, 31, no permanent address, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. in the N1600 block of Brunkow Road, Town of Jefferson. Cramer was arrested on three warrants issued by the Monroe Police Department, Green County Sheriff and Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections. Cramer was also charged with knowingly fleeing an officer, two counts of felony bail jumping and possession of THC with intent to deliver. Cramer was jailed pending court.
