Paul L. Grinnell, age 53, of Monroe, died on Monday, June 1, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on March 16, 1962 in Monroe, the son of Lloyd and Darlene (Pagel) Grinnell and was a 1980 graduate of Monroe High School. Paul and Dawn Bauer were married on December 15, 2006 in Monroe.
Paul was a Machine Operator for Orchid International in Monroe.
Paul was an avid Packer fan, he loved to play his bass guitar and he was a proficient artist in his drawing and painting. He was also an excellent pool player and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife Dawn; daughter, Brandy Grinnell and her mother, Bonnie Dooley; step-sons: Cody Henning, Riley Henning, Rory Privett and Grayson Privett; brothers: Steve (Lori) Grinnell, Nick Grinnell, Darren (Penny) Grinnell; and 4 step-grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents, and sister, Cheryl.
A Celebration of Life will be Friday, June 5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, with Rev. John Lewis officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
A visitation will be Friday, June 5th, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established in Paul's memory.
