Norbetta Irene Wyss, 90, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Dove West Healthcare in Eau Claire, WI.
Norbetta was born on October 14, 1926 to Christ and Ruth (Sharer) Waelti in Monroe, WI. She married Theodore "Ted" Wyss on June 24, 1947 at St. Victor's Catholic Church in Monroe. They enjoyed 62 years of marriage together. In 1953, they moved their family to Black River Falls and started their own dairy farm. Norbetta enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and being a loving mother and homemaker to her family. Norbetta is survived by: 10 children; Judith (Ernst) Kunshier of Hastings, MN, James Wyss of Boulder, CO, Kay (Charles) Miller of Hamilton, MO, Christine (Robert) Kruck of Okolona, AR, Jane Nance of Minong, Michael (Tricia) Wyss of Wisconsin Dells, Ann (Bruce) Fredrickson of Eau Claire, Steven (Shawna) Wyss of Black River Falls, Todd (Mary) Wyss Baraboo, and Mark Wyss of Casselberry, FL; 24 grandchildren, and 38 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by; her husband, Ted, granddaughter, Janelle, and son-in-law, Jerry.
