BELLEVILLE - Michael A. Castle, age 18, passed away as a result of an automobile accident on May 30, 2009. He was born on December 14, 1990 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison to Brian Castle and Ruth Murphy-Castle. Michael attended Belleville Schools and recently graduated from the Dane County Transitional School. He worked for UPS in Madison. Michael enjoyed playing basketball and was proud of his collection of Jordan's. He liked to hang out with his friends, pick on his sisters, and cheer for the Minnesota Vikings. Michael enjoyed going to Chicago to see his grandparents and shopping for new "J's", and also loved his Doberman Brandy.
Michael is survived by: his mother Ruth (Steve) Zuber of New Glarus, father Brian Castle of Belleville, a brother Tony Castle, sisters; Ashley, Hailey, and Hannah Zuber, grandparents; Art and Evelyn Lostumo of Franklin Park, IL, Claudette Murphy and the late Robert Murphy of Belleville, Lorraine Zuber, and Mert Griffin of Stoughton, many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at St. Mary of Lourdes Church, 221 Frederick St., Belleville, WI at the corner of School St. and Frederick St. with Pastor Kevin Evanco officiating with burial in East Dayton Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.
A memorial fund has been established.
