MONROE - A Monticello man was arrested in the Town of Mount Pleasant for a fourth offense of operating while intoxicated within five years.

Jonathan J. Wettach, 27, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Saturday on County C, west of Wisconsin 69.

Wettach was cited for operating left of center and operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. He was jailed.
