On October 23:

● At 10:23 a.m., officers arrested Bryce W. Harmon, 26, Monroe, at a residence in the 2300 block of 18th Avenue, on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear in court for a previous case. Harmon was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On October 25:

● At 8:33 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe to assist Department of Corrections Agents. Investigation resulted in the arrest of David L. Webb, 31 of Monroe, for a Probation Violation. Webb was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.

● At 3:24 p.m., Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Spring Street, in the Town of Jefferson, for the report of a two-vehicle crash with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Jason A. Rufer, 44 of Juda had stopped in the roadway. When a second vehicle, operated by Walter A. Wyman, 47 of Monroe attempted to back out of a parking stall when he collided with Rufer’s vehicle. Both operators advised of no injuries, were wearing their seatbelts, and the airbags did not deploy. Both vehicles sustained functional damage and were driven from the scene. Investigation resulted with Wyman being cited for No Proof of Insurance. Wyman was released pending court.

On October 26:

● At 3:56 p.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with no reported injuries in the 2500 block of 13th Street. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Richard F. Wunschel, 77, Monroe, was conducting a backing maneuver from a driveway, when it collided with a westbound vehicle on 13th Street operated by a 19-year-old Monroe man. Both vehicles sustained functional damages. Wunschel was cited for unsafe backing, and was released pending a court appearance.
