MONROE — On Jan. 8:
● Riley R. Costa-Spohn, 25, Monroe, was arrested on warrants issued by Monroe Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 1:17 p.m. in the 800 block of 30th Street. He was jailed.
● Roger M. Blum, 52, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 3:11 p.m. in the 500 block of West 21st Street. He was jailed.
On Jan. 9:
● Isauro Alberto Xalamihua Quiahua, 22, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence and operating with a prohibited concentration greater than .15 at 4:03 a.m. in the 1100 block of 17th Avenue. He was also cited for driving without a valid license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He was released to a responsible party.
● Bryan K. Waddell, 55, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping at 3:56 p.m. in the 1800 block of 12th Street. He was also held on a probation hold. He was jailed.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of Jan. 2 to Jan. 8, police performed 17 security checks, 31 citizen assists, 13 assists of other agencies, seven follow-ups to incidents, seven vehicle registration and five traffic stops; responded to 46 calls for service and reported 11 EMS calls, 14 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls and four fire calls. No detox or mental health transports were reported.
● Police issued 22 parking tickets at 12:14 a.m. Jan. 2 to violations of the city’s winter parking ordinance.
● Disorderly conduct was reported at 5:56 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 2000 block of West 4th Avenue. This remains under investigation.
On Jan. 4.
● A traffic crash was reported at 5:09 p.m. in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● A Brodhead woman, 35, was cited for driving after suspension at 9:32 p.m. in the 700 block of East 9th Avenue.
On Jan. 6:
● Fraud was reported at 8:39 a.m. in the 200 block of East 4th Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● Counterfeit money was reported at 8:48 a.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● A Browntown woman, 33, was cited for two counts of issuing worthless checks at 1:28 p.m. in the 2200 block of 1st Center Avenue.
● A Brodhead man, 29, was arrested on a warrant issued by Green County Sheriff’s Department at 6:18 p.m. in the 900 block of 16th Street.
On Jan. 8:
● A Brodhead man, 56, was cited for violation of the city’s winter parking ordinance at 2:40 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.
● A Brodhead man, 28, was cited for driving after revocation, displaying unauthorized registration plate and no vehicle insurance at 6:30 p.m. in the 700 block of 23rd Street.
Monticello Police
MONTICELLO — On Jan. 2:
● Suspicious activity was reported at 1:38 p.m. at an undisclosed location in Monticello. This remains under investigation.
● Police responded at 2:44 p.m. to Monticello. Monticello Fire First Response and Green County EMS assisted.
● A suspicious vehicle was reported at 8:06 p.m. in the 300 block of South Main Street. Everything was found to be okay.
● Police issued three citations for violations of the winter parking ordinance.
● A parking complaint was reported at 9:20 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 100 block of Staedtler Avenue. The owner was cited for parking in a direction different from traffic flow.
● Police issued a parking citation for a violation of the 24-hour parking at 9:31 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 100 block of Staedtler Avenue.
On Jan. 5:
● Eric B. Carroll, 62, Brodhead, was cited for a violation of the snow/ice on sidewalk ordinance at 10:35 a.m. in the 200 block of East Lake Avenue.
● Police responded for a citizen assist at 11:42 a.m. in the 600 block of Greenview Avenue.
● Police conducted traffic control at 8:46 p.m. on North Main Street and East Coated Avenue.
● A person walking not adequately dressed for weather was reported at 8:45 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 100 block of Wis. 69. Police were unable to locate person.
On Jan. 7:
● A traffic complaint was reported at 7 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. This remains under investigation.
● Police responded for a commercial burglar alarm at 9:44 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69. Everything was found to be okay.

● A deputy responded for a motorist assist at 7:40 a.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.
● A 911 misdial was reported at 4:01 p.m. on Dawn Vista Drive in Belmont.
● Hailey W. Duerst, 16, Shullsburg, was cited for no proof of vehicle insurance at 4:05 p.m. on County W, Town of White Oak Springs.
On Jan. 7:
● A deputy assisted JoDaviess County Sheriff’s Department with a domestic disturbance at 1:41 a.m. on Dearborn Street in Warren.
● Steven P. Roling, 30, Boscobel, was transported from Juneau County Jail to the Lafayette County Jail at 7:27 a.m. on two warrants. He was jailed.
● A deputy responded for a vehicle unlock at 3:42 p.m. on East Milwaukee Street in Argyle.
● Deputies responded to check welfare at 5:11 p.m. on Colfax Street in Argyle.
