MONROE — Juan Daniel Chipahua Panzo, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration greater than .15 at 2:47 a.m. Feb. 5 in the 1700 block of 9th Street. He was also cited for driving without a valid license. He was released.
● Rustin J. Alton, 27, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration at 2:14 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 100 block of North 18th Avenue. He was also cited for driving without a valid license. He was released to a responsible party.

MONROE — Travis J. Runke, 49, Monroe, was arrested on a probation/parole violation at 9:07 a.m. Feb. 4. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON — On Feb. 4:
● A deputy responded for traffic control at 11:38 a.m. on Highland Street in Belmont.
● Darrin F. Dukey, 31, Rockford, was cited for speeding at 6:35 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.
● Tyler N. Burkhalter, 24, Juda, was cited for expired registration at 11:22 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
On Feb. 5:
● Leonardo A. Salgado-Bucardo, 24, Cuba City, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated at 3:33 a.m. in Cuba City. He was released to a responsible party.
● Alex Atlahua-Mayuhua, 20, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of driving without a license at 4:34 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. He was also cited for speeding and no vehicle insurance. He was released to a responsible party.
● A deputy responded for a motorist assist at 8:54 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Gratiot.
● A deputy responded to keep the peace at 9:02 a.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 3:36 p.m. on North State Street in Argyle.
● A deputy responded for a vehicle unlock at 5 p.m. on South Judgement Street in Shullsburg.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 5:25 p.m. on County B, Town of Belmont.
● An injured animal on the roadway was reported at 7:51 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle and at 10:17 p.m. on Roller Coaster Road, Town of Darlington.
● A deputy responded to check welfare at 10:03 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
On Feb. 6:
● Alex Marquez, 45, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license at 12:55 am. On Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.
● An animal problem was reported at 2:30 p.m. on Bondele Lane, Town of Gratiot.
● Mason F. Berger, 22, Lake Geneva, was cited for expired registration at 9:10 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.
● A deputy responded to check welfare at 10:50 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Belmont police assisted.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of Jan. 30 to Feb. 5, police performed 23 security checks, 18 citizen assists, seven assists of other agencies, 19 follow-ups to incidents, eight vehicle registration and seven traffic stops; responded to 30 calls for service and reported seven EMS calls, nine 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls and three fire calls. No detox or mental health transports were reported.
On Jan. 30:
● Damage to property was reported at 8:59 a.m. in the 300 block of 1st Center Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● A domestic problem was reported at 5:06 p.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. Matter was resolved.
● An Albany man, 40, was arrested on a charge of verbal domestic abuse at 8:39 p.m. in the 1000 block of 19th Street.
On Jan. 31:
● Police responded to check welfare at 11:31 a.m. in the 500 block of 9th Street. Police were unable to make contact.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 9:03 p.m. in the 200 block of 1st Street. Everything was found to be okay.
On Feb. 1:
● A tobacco violation was reported at 12:20 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 12:21 p.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street. Everything was found to be okay.
● A dog at large was reported at 12:40 p.m. in the 1700 block of West 7th Avenue. Police were unable to catch dog. A verbal warning was given.
● Disorderly conduct was reported at 1:03 p.m. in the 900 block of West Exchange Street.
● A sick racoon in the middle of the street was reported at 1:59 p.m. in the 1300 block of West 6th Avenue. It ran into the woods.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 9:11 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Everything was found to be okay.
On Feb. 2:
● A vehicle in violation of the city’s junk vehicle ordinance was reported at 8:49 a.m. in the 1600 block of West 2nd Avenue.
● A Monroe man, 63, was cited for issuing worthless checks at 9:23 p.m. in the 1100 block of West 2nd Avenue.
● A traffic crash was reported at 10:42 a.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● A domestic problem was reported at 6:17 p.m. in the 400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Feb. 3:
● Damage to property was reported at 3:55 p.m. in the 200 block of Cedar Avenue.
● A dog at large was reported at 9:09 p.m. in the 400 block of East 5th Avenue. A warning was issued.
On Feb. 4:
● A Monroe woman, 18, was cited for driving after suspension at 9:07 p.m. in the 1900 block of 1st Center Avenue.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 10:09 p.m. in the 400 block of 1st Center Avenue. Everything was found to be okay.
On Feb. 5:
● A parking complaint was reported at 8:50 a.m. in the 900 block of West 3rd Avenue. A warning was issued.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 6 p.m. in the 1100 block of East 9th Avenue. Everything was found to be okay.

MONTICELLO — On Jan. 29:
● Police responded for a citizen assist at 6:27 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street.
● Police responded to check welfare at 9:56 p.m. on South Garfield Street.
On Jan. 31:
● Fraud was reported at 10:48 a.m. in the 300 block of East Park Avenue. Investigation is ongoing.
● Barking dogs was reported at 4:09 p.m. in the 100 block of South Main Street.
● Police responded to check welfare at 4:13 p.m. in the village. Monticello Fire First Response and Green County EMS were paged.
● Police conducted security for a basketball game at 7:15 p.m. at the Monticello High School.
● Fraud was reported at 1:17 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 700 block of Washington Street. Investigation is ongoing.
On Feb. 2:
● A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69. Everything was found to be okay.
● Police responded to check welfare on several children not in school at 10:36 a.m. Investigation is ongoing.
● Fraud was reported at 2:09 p.m. in the 500 block of Eisenhower Court. Investigation is ongoing.
On Feb. 3:
● A parking complaint was reported at 1:36 p.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. A citation was issued for violation of the 2-hour parking downtown.
● Speeding vehicles were reported at 2:39 p.m. on East Lake Avenue. The area was monitored.
● Chrisanthalyn M. Tackett, 21, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 3:28 p.m. on East Lake Avenue and South Garfield Street.
● Jacob R. Amacher, 20, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 4:26 p.m. on East Coates Avenue and Aeberhard Drive.
● A traffic complaint was reported at 5:17 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle left prior to police arrival.
