Green County Sheriff

On November 18:

● At approximately 12:42 a.m., Deputies responded to the W8400 block of State Highway 81, Town of Jordan, for a reported physical altercation. Investigations resulted in Broc J Kuberski, 21, of Monroe, being arrested for battery. Kuberski was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.

On November 19:

● At 7:38 a.m., Deputies responded to the N3300 block of County Highway N, in the Town of Monroe, for a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed a vehicle operated by Harold Iglesias, 25 of Monroe, was traveling southbound when he left the roadway and collided with the west ditch. Iglesias reported no injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene. Investigation resulted in Iglesias being cited for Operating Without a Valid license. Iglesias was released pending court.

On November 20:

● At approximately 7:49 a.m., Deputies, Juda First Response and Green County EMS, responded to W3300 County Highway KS, Town of Jefferson, for a single vehicle rollover crash. Investigation determined the operator, Jace M. Amacher, 19 of Monroe, was traveling eastbound when he swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway. Jace lost control of the vehicle, entered the south ditch where the vehicle overturned and came to a rest. Jace was unsure if he was wearing his seatbelt and reported non-life-threatening injuries. The vehicle had full airbag deployment with disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Jace was transported by EMS for medical evaluation. Jace was also cited for Too Fast for Conditions


Lafayette County Sheriff

On November 7:

● 9:42 a.m. Gerald P. Gerber, 19, Argyle reported striking a deer on STH 78, Blanchard Township. Gerber was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. Gerber’s 2020 Chevrolet received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Argyle EMS, Blanchardville Fire, Blanchardville Police and a deputy assisted. 

● 1:15 p.m. Benton Fire, Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS responded to CTH J, Village of Benton for a gas leak. Benton Police, Deputies, Lafayette County Highway Department, and Alliant Energy assisted.

● 5:05 p.m. Joseph W. Ruf, 37, Darlington reported striking a deer on CTH F, Fayette Township. Ruf’s 2018 Ford received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

● 5:55 p.m. Aiden M. Dole, 21, Shullsburg reported striking a deer on CTH F, Fayette Township. Dole’s 2020 GMC received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
