Larry Gene Knouse, 56 of Monroe, WI passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday May 4, 2018. He was born July 25, 1961 in Monroe to Robert and Sharon (Field) Knouse. He married his wife Brenda in 1982. They have 4 children and lived in the Browntown area. He worked as a machinist at Industrial Combustion for 30 years. Larry enjoyed camping on weekends with his wife and spending time with his family. Everyone who knew Larry knew he was an amazing father, husband, and papa. He had a hobby restoring Farmall tractors. He could take them apart and put them back together like a puzzle. He was very proud to show anyone his Farmall collection and the hard work he put into them.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda; mother, Sharon Knouse of Monroe; daughter, Brooke (Rocky) Allen and their 3 children: Garrett, Seth and Vanessa of Brodhead; daughter, Heather (Jake) Groebner and their 6 children: LaKeisha, Brett, Shayleigh, Carrson, Allyssa and Dysel of Brodhead; daughter, Natasha (Jay) Mueller and their son, Landon of Lake Mills; son, Cory (Christi) Knouse and their 3 children: Camden, Caysen and Coriana of Warren. Also survived by sister, Brenda Patterson of Monroe and brother Kevin (Allison) Knouse of Dakota, IL. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Knouse.

Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Wednesday May 9, 2018 at SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE Funeral Home with Pastor Mary Gafner officiating. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
