Keith D. Butler, age 77, of South Wayne, passed away, Monday, April 9, 2018 at Monroe Clinic Hospice Home. He was born on January 16, 1941 the son of Ernest and Delores (Wicker) Butler in Monroe. He was a 1959 graduate of South Wayne High School. Keith and Judith Hermanson were united in marriage on June 12, 1959 in Blanchardville; Judy died November 6, 2017.
Keith was a Supervisor at Kelly Springfield for 30 years, retiring in 1999. He was an avid bowler and was part of a couple's league with his wife, Judy; he also enjoyed gardening, fishing, playing cards, and grilling. His greatest enjoyment was attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
Keith was a longtime member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in South Wayne.
He is survived by his mother, Delores Faletti; his children: Ricky (Diane) Butler of Argyle, Susan (Ken) Haffele of Monroe, Scott (Angie) Butler, and Sandy (Kevin) Quinn all of South Wayne; grandchildren: Heather (James) Coffey, Jennifer (David) Green, Britney and Joshua Adams, Paige, Seth, Heath, Hannah, Bailey, and Kylie Butler, and Jacob, Mitchell, McKenzie, and Grant Quinn; great-grandchildren: Kayla Butler-Paulson, Ellie and Brycen Coffey, Jevon Adams, and Liam Massicotte; brothers, Greg (Susan) Butler and Doug (Hazel) Butler both of Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest; wife, Judy; and son, Bradley; step-father, Joe Faletti.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 16, 2018 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, with Pastor Dennis Perger officiating. Burial will follow in West Wiota Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe. A memorial fund will be established in Keith's memory. Condolences may be sent to the family at: shriner111.com.
