John Dalee, 66, of Janesville died Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Mercy Hospital Janesville. He was the son of Raymond Dalee and Mary Dalee Harms.
John served in the US Navy. He obtained both his Bachelor degree in Social Work and his Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling from UW Whitewater. After which his 32 year career was dedicated to the Rock County Human Services Department in the Mental Health Division. John was a compassionate, devoted and caring person to all that knew him.
He is survived by his son Jeremy (Kathy) Madison; daughter Melanie Peyton (Shawn) Iron River; mother Mary Dalee Harms Monroe; sister Connie Ott (Steve) Charlotte, NC; brother Jim (Sue) Monroe; sister Diane Heikkinen (Tom) Prentice; two nieces; three nephews and their families. He is preceded in death by his father Raymond Dalee.
A celebration of John's life will be held Saturday April 16th at 12:30 pm at the home of Jim and Sue Dalee W6069 County Rd P, Monroe.
