James Junior Bosanny, passed away on May 28th, 2016. Jim was born to Lyla and Herman Bosanny September 2, 1925.
Jim grew up in Lacrosse and had 4 sisters, Judy (Milt) Blankenship, Joyce (Bill) Stenimetz, Joanne (Ken) Garry, and Jean (Gus) Halberg.
Jim married Yvonne St. Dennis, on April 27th, 1950. They lived nearly all of their 65 years together in Monroe. Yvonne passed away March 31, 2015. They have one son, James Jay (Vicki) Bosanny, and one grandchild, James Matthew Bosanny (Jamieson).
Jim & Yvonne have numerous nieces and nephews on both sides.
Jim received his degree in Physical Education & Physical Therapy from the University of Lacrosse. Jim retired from the Monroe Clinic & St Clare Hospital in Monroe in 1990.
Jim is a W.W.II Veteran, having served in the Army Air Corp, which is now the US Air Force. He served in China, Burma, India.
Jim was also a private pilot and served with Civil Air Patrol for many years.
Per his wishes there will be no service. A memorial is set up for Jim at the Monroe YMCA & his favorite online site, duckboats.net.
