ORANGEVILLE - Geneva M. Finkenbinder, age 92, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Monroe, WI. She was born on May 22, 1921 in Lena, IL to Daniel and Minnie (Kurth) Biesemeier. She graduated from Lena High School in the class of 1939 and continued her education at Brown's Business College in Freeport. She married Raymond D. Finkenbinder on December 7, 1942. She worked for many years in Central Supply at Freeport Memorial Hospital and also worked at the Northwest Farmer Newspaper in Lena. She enjoyed professional basketball, reading, puzzle books and embroidery.

She is survived by four sons; Dean (Karla) of Cheyenne, WY, Kelly (Gail) of Monroe, WI, Kevin (Cheryl) of Orangeville and Norman of Aurora, CO. Seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her parents; husband Raymond on February 1, 1985 and one daughter Julanne Finkenbinder on August 16, 2009.

Funeral services will be held on Monday May 19, 2014 at 1:30 PM at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral Home in Orangeville.

Visitation will be held from 11:30 till time of service on Monday.

Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Officiating will be Pastor David Carr.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
