ORANGEVILLE - Francis C. Lotta, age 82, passed away Tuesday April 1, 2008 at his home in Orangeville. He was born to Vito and Agatha (Buffa) Lotta. He married Norma Jean Reuber in August of 1953 in Stephenson County, IL.
He is survived by his wife; 5 children: Helen Francene (Tim) Grewe of Portland, OR, Leo Charles of German Valley, IL, Vito Mark (Corissa) of Verona, WI, Gene Norman of Arlington, TX and LeRoy Karl of Davenport, IA; 8 grandchildren; 2 brothers: Lorenzo and Joseph of California; and 1 sister: Ann of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Christopher, Sam, Leo and Russell.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the Leamon Funeral Home in Lena, IL. A lunch gathering for friends and family will be held on Saturday after visitation from 12:30 p.m. till 3 p.m. at the Lena Community Building.
A private family burial will take place at Oneco Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
