DARLINGTON - A Fitchburg man was arrested for fourth-degree sexual assault and furnishing alcohol to minors following a disturbance at about 3:15 p.m. Sunday at a residence on East Hill Street in Blanchardville.
Carlos D. Hodges, 30, was jailed for the fourth-degree sexual assault, which is a class A misdemeanor, punishable for nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines.
As of Monday, Hodges hadn't made his initial appearance in Lafayette County Circuit Court.
Five other people were also arrested following the disturbance.
Keshia M. Bohn, 19, Stoughton, was arrested for aggravated battery. She was jailed. Three 16-year-old Stoughton females and a 16-year-old Madison female were arrested for aggravated battery as party to a crime. The juveniles were released pending court.
All five females were also cited for underage alcohol violations.
