• At 12:02 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, to the 1000 block of West 7th Street.
• At 6:43 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, to the 1100 block of 22nd Street.
• At 8:43 p.m. to the 2000 block of 7th Street.
MONROE - The Monroe Fire Department responded at 11:17 a.m. Monday, Oct. 8, to a report that leaves in a gutter caught on fire and were smoking. The fire had burnt out by the time firefighters arrived.
