NEW GLARUS - New Glarus Police assisted New Glarus Area EMS with a medical at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25 at the New Glarus Nursing Home.
• New Glarus Fire Department and New Glarus Police responded to the School House Apartments in the 400 block of 6th Avenue at 8:58 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, for a report of haze and a smell of smoke inside the building. An investigation revealed that the tenant had burnt their food.

• Rural Medical Ambulance was alerted to a call at 12:41 a.m. at a business on Christiansen Drive, Darlington.
• Benton First Response and Hazel Green Ambulance were alerted to a call at 2:04 a.m. at a residence on Gibson Street, Benton.
• Belmont Fire Department was alerted to a vehicle on fire at 2:54 p.m. in a private driveway on Liberty Road, Belmont Township.
