Monroe Police

MONROE - An ambulance was dispatched:

• At 12:58 p.m. Friday, April 26, to the 2000 block of 4th Street.

• At 12:16 a.m. Sunday, April 28, to the 1000 block of 2nd Street North.



The Monroe Fire Department was dispatched:

• At 6:12 p.m. Saturday, April 27, for a smoke alarm going off at an apartment complex in the 2700 block of 8th 1/2 Street. The alarm was set off by burnt food on a stove. Firefighters ventilated the apartment.

• At 2:50 p.m. Sunday, April 28, to help extricate a person whose leg broke through the porch of a residence in the 1700 block of 15th Street. An ambulance also responded.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - New Glarus Area EMS was dispatched to a call within the village at 6:28 p.m. Monday, April 22.

• New Glarus Area EMS, Monticello Fire First Responders, New Glarus Police and the Green County Sheriff's Department responded to a medical call in Monticello at 8:55 a.m. Friday, April 26.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Argyle Ambulance responded to a residence on Wisconsin 81 in Argyle Township at 12:20 p.m. Friday, April 26. Deputies assisted.

• Shullsburg Ambulance responded to a residence on East Main Street in Shullsburg at 4:23 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

• Rural Medical Ambulance responded to a call at Lafayette Manor, 719 E. Catherine St., at 5:19 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

• The Belmont Fire Department was alerted to a rubbish fire that had gotten out of control at a location on Pleasant View Road in Seymour Township at 6:34 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

• South Wayne First Response and Green County EMS responded to a call at a residence on West Center Street in South Wayne at 10:53 p.m. Saturday, April 27. A deputy assisted.

• Rural Medical Ambulance, Darlington police and a deputy responded to an EMS call on Ohio Street in Darlington at 12:19 a.m. Sunday, April 28.
