Janice L. Kjelland, 67, Footville, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 23 at the New Horizon United Methodist Church, Footville. A visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22 at the D.L. Newcomer Funeral Home, Brodhead.
