Howard F. Fosler, 89, Davis, Ill., died Friday, March 1. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9 at the American Legion Hall, 211 State St., Durand, Ill. The D.L. Newcomer Funeral Home, Brodhead, is in charge of arrangements.
