Leon C. Balsiger, 91, formerly of Juda, died July 21, 2015. A memorial service was held at his residence, Pacifica Senior Living, Chino Hills, California. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Monroe. Mark B. Shaw Mortuary, San Bernardino, California, is in charge of arrangements.
